Ingredients:
coconut milk-1/2 cup
brewed coffee (hot)-2 cups
coffee liquefier-3 tablespoons
whipped cream
artificial sweetener (optional)
Procedure:
Boil milk and coffee in a large saucepan. Stir it continually and use medium heat. Put in the coconut milk and coffee liquefier. Mix it well and then transfer it to a cup. If you want, you can add whipped cream and artificial sweetener. This will make 4 servings in a ¾ cup serving size.

fresh pineapple (chopped)-1/2 cup
orange juice-1 cup
Procedure:
Refrigerate all ingredients first. Then put it all in a blender until it become smooth. Place it back in the fridge for 45 minutes to thicken the smoothie. Add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil per serving. This will make 1 smoothie.

Ingredients:
butter-1 cup
coconut flour-1/4 cup
sugar-2 cups
baking soda-1/2 tablespoon
egg-6
salt-1/2 teaspoon
vanilla-2 teaspoon
cocoa-1 cup
all purpose flour-3/4 cup
chopped nuts-1 cup
Procedure:
Cream butter then slowly put sugar. Add eggs one by one. Mix well after adding each egg. Put vanilla. Mix coconut flour, all-purpose flour, baking soda, salt, and cocoa in a separate container. Add this to the creamed butter and mix well. Put 1/8 cup of chopped nuts. Pour into greased pan. Use a rubber scraper to smoothen the surface of the mixture. Top with the remaining nuts. Bake it for 15 minutes, 350°F. This will make 15-20 pieces of brownies.
